At ReignXs we are deeply passionate about leadership because we know the cost of poor leadership, we lived it. Early on in Vanessa’s journey, she was surrounded by leadership that was disconnected, unsupportive, disempowering and unconscious. Leading her to always feel she was never enough when she knew she was destined for great success and to hold a leadership role. As a result, she lost everything she had worked for her career collapsed, and with it, the potential to earn and impact millions. That failure wasn’t just painful; it was a wake-up call. It showed Vanessa how critical the right leadership truly is. Now, Vanessa is on a mission to redefine leadership as a force for conscious empowerment.
